The withdrawal is not tied to any particular form or condition &ndash; a clear statement is enough. You will then receive the return slip automatically as a PDF and by e-mail, which lets us identify and process your parcel more quickly. Where possible, enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note.<\/p>\n<p>Registering makes the process easier but is not a precondition: your right of withdrawal and your claim to a refund exist regardless.<\/p>\n<p>The item must have been purchased from Mindfield Biosystems Ltd. Please also note our <a href=\"https:\/\/mindfield-shop.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/\">terms and conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Please make sure your parcel is sufficiently stamped. We cannot accept unpaid parcels &ndash; in the case of withdrawal you bear the direct cost of return in any event.
