Combined with the eSense Skin Response sensor, it makes body signals visible on the computer and trains self-awareness \u2013 with the goal of practising self-regulation and concentration in a hands-on way.<\/p>\n\n<h2>How the training works<\/h2>\n<p>The eSense Skin Response sensor measures skin conductance (GSR) and transmits it to the PC via a simple USB connection. The SenseLearn software displays physiological activation graphically and provides acoustic feedback in real time. This makes internal processes immediately perceptible and helps trainees learn to notice and steer body reactions more consciously.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Field-tested training program<\/h2>\n<p>The multi-level training program was developed and refined with more than 300 students. Each training level builds on pedagogical expertise and practical experience.
