Returns/return of goods

Would you like to return an item you ordered?

You can return the ordered item to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that we will only refund the purchase price for goods that are unused and in an undamaged condition.

Do you think an item that was delivered is defective?

  • You were unable to solve your problem using the operating instructions provided (chapter Troubleshooting)? Before you return an item, call us on 02565 / 406 2727 or send us an email describing the problem to  support@mindfield.de .
  • Please do not send us any goods that you have damaged yourself and for which warranty service cannot be guaranteed. This will only result in unnecessary costs for you.

What you should consider when returning:

Every return must be accompanied by a completed return slip. Please also enclose a copy of the invoice or delivery note (sent with the goods).

The submitted article must be received by Mindfield Biosystems Ltd. have been purchased. Please also note our general terms and conditions (insert link) and any reduction levels that may apply when using the ordered goods.
Returns with freight forwarding will not be accepted and therefore cannot be processed. Likewise,
returns without a return slip will not be processed.

Postage costs for your return:

    • If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will refund you the postage costs. To do this, please contact us by email:  support@mindfield.de  .
    • In all other cases, you must bear the postage costs for the return.

Please note:

 
  • Please send items with a value of over 100 euros as an insured package.
  • The choice of shipping provider is up to you.
