All eSense sensors support the training of relaxation and stress management via biofeedback. To use them you only need a smartphone or tablet (Android and Apple iOS) and the free eSense app, which is included in the price and can be downloaded from the app stores. They are easy for beginners thanks to presets, yet offer advanced settings for experienced users.

• eSense Pulse measures the heartbeat (heart rate variability) – for HRV and coherence training, calm breathing and relaxation.
• eSense Respiration measures breathing – to practise calm, even abdominal breathing.
• eSense Skin Response measures skin conductance – a common stress indicator for relaxation and mindfulness training.
• eSense Temperature measures skin temperature – for relaxation and hand-warming training.
