With each Master device, you receive a USB dongle, which contains the license for the Master software. This is a digital copy protection that ensures that the software can only be operated when this dongle is inserted into the PC.

Thus, the license is valuable and is tied to the USB stick. In case of loss, we must unfortunately charge the given price for a replacement, as this also results in added costs for a license from the manufacturer BioEra.
